The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC (“Contractor”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” to that certain Staffing Agency Services for State Hospitals and State Supported Living Centers contract that was effective March 1, 2020 and denominated as HHSC Contract No. HHS000508600001 (the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
