THE LOTUS CENTER OF ANN ARBOR, LLC CLASSROOM RENTAL AGREEMENTClassroom Rental Agreement • February 18th, 2010
(the “Applicant”) permits the Applicant to occupy and use the classroom and common areas (lobby and restrooms) of the building located at 2711 Carpenter Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 (the “Premises”) for the purposes described in the application, at the dates, times and rental rate agreed to by both parties (see below). The Applicant is solely responsible for any set up and break down required for their class, and accepts that the room must be vacated, left clean and presentable by the end of their scheduled time. The Applicant accepts full responsibility for any damages to the Lotus Center’s property or equipment during the course of their class. The Applicant and attendees will at all times function in such a manner as to avoid interference or disruption of the Lotus Center’s operations. The Lotus Center may, upon request, make available certain of its employees for the purpose of facilitating a class, its functioning or set up and break down.
