This Agreement is entered into between Yosef Israel (“Manager”) and Alon USA GP, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Employer” or “Company”) who, in return for the mutual promises set forth herein, and contingent upon Manager receiving visa status allowing him to work in the United States, agree as follows:
