ARTICULATION AGREEMENTArticulation Agreement • March 19th, 2012 • Ohio
THIS ARTICULATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 19, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Cuyahoga Community College District (the “College”), with an address at 700 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115-2878; and Western Governors University (“WGU”), with an address at 4001 South 700 East, Suite 700, Salt Lake City, Utah 84107. The College is an institution of higher education established pursuant to Section 3354 of the Ohio Revised Code, and WGU is a private, non-profit institution of higher education. The College and WGU desire to enter into a contract clarifying the status and treatment of students who chose to transfer from the College to WGU’s Bachelor’s Degree Completion program upon completion of an associate’s degree program at the College.
