This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU” or “Agreement”) is made by and between the Southern California Association of Governments (“SCAG”) and the City of South El Monte (“CITY”), for the purpose of partnering on the South El Monte Go Human Event (“Project”), to be held on October 26, 2019 in the CITY, and as more fully described herein. SCAG and CITY are individually referred to herein as “Party” and may be collectively referred to herein as “Parties.”
