This Amended Stipulation of Class Action Settlement is entered into by and among Plaintiff, MADISON SPARKS (“Plaintiff” or “Sparks”), for herself individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, and Defendants, KYODAI SUSHI ROCK CAFÉ, INC., TAE N. OH, and KYUNG EUN OH (collectively “Defendants”) (Plaintiff and Defendants are referred to collectively as the “Parties”). This Amended Settlement Agreement is intended by the Parties to be fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, and subject to the approval of the Court.
