This Selling Agreement (together with all exhibits hereto and as supplemented by amendments and addendums from time to time, “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 1, 2015, by and between UBS Financial Services Inc., a Delaware corporation (“UBS-FS”) and UBS Global Asset Management (US) Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Distributor” and, together with UBS-FS, a “Party”) on its own behalf and on behalf of each of the registered investment companies listed in Exhibit A (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds.”).
