This interlocal agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Nueces County (“County”), and Coastal Bend Council of Governments (hereinafter the “CBCOG”), a regional planning commission and political subdivision of the State of Texas organized and operating under the Texas Regional Planning Act of 1965, as amended, Chapter 391 of the Texas Local Government Code, pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791, Texas Government Code.
