This agreement shall be read and interpreted in conjunction with the Concrete Pipe and Concrete Products Factories (State) Award for non-trade employees and the Metal and Engineering Industry (New South Wales) Award for trade employees, as varied. from time to time and any awards made in succession thereof, provided that where the provisions of the awards are inconsistent with the provisions of this agreement, the provisions of this agreement shall apply to the extent of any inconsistencies.
