THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 9th day of October 2020, by and between King’s Supermarket, Inc., d.b.a. King’s County Market, St. Francis, MN hereinafter referred to as the “Employer,” its lessees, successors and assigns, and the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, District Local 663, and Food Handlers Division of District Local 663, Minneapolis, Minnesota and vicinity, hereinafter referred to as the “Union.”
