This Board of Arbitration (“Board”) is duly constituted and convened under the Hospital Labour Disputes Arbitration Act (“HLDAA”) and a Memorandum of Conditions for Joint Bargaining between ONA and The Participating Hospitals, of which OSMH is one. The Board has been appointed to adjudicate upon the issues that remain in dispute between ONA and OSMH in respect of the renewal of their local collective agreement that expired on March 31, 2018. There is no dispute with respect to our authority.
