This Economic Development Agreement ("Agreement") is dated as of and is entered into by and between the City of College Station, Texas, a home-rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of Texas (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), The Research Valley Partnership, Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation (hereinafter referred to as "RVP"), and Asset Plus Realty Corporation, a Texas business corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Developer").
