This Exhibition Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (“NASA”), located at 300 E Street SW, Washington, DC 20546, and the Smithsonian Institution (“SI” or “Smithsonian”), a trust instrumentality established by the United States Congress in 1846 (20 U.S.C. 41 et seq.) located at 1000 Jefferson Drive, SW, Washington, D.C. 20560, on behalf of the National Museum of Natural History (“NMNH”), located at 300 E Street SW, Washington, DC 20546. NASA and NMNH will hereinafter each be referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
