This COOPERATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGREEMENT (‘Agreement’) is entered into by and between the Clear Creek, County of, hereinafter referred to as “Cooperator,” and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland (ARP), hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the provisions of the Cooperative Law Enforcement Act of August 10, 1971, Pub.
