This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Flat Rock Communications, Inc. (FRCI) , a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, with offices at 104 N. Rundle Street, Flat Rock, IL 62427 and Verizon North Inc., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated, Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, with offices at 8001 West Jefferson, Fort Wayne, IN 46804. (FRCI and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
