Within the Neurosciences Unit provide an advanced social work service to adults and their families/carers with neurological and neurodegenerative conditions, including Huntington’s disease and young onset dementia. Provide specialised case management service to allocated caseload of consumers. Participates as a senior staff member within a multidisciplinary team. Develop and maintain linkages with relevant other professionals, organisational systems and the community.
