This Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Company and its associates. It is the desire of both parties to cooperate in maintaining a harmonious relationship between the Company and its associates, and to settle amicably differences or grievances which may arise from time to time hereunder in the manner hereinafter set out.
