This MOU shall be in effect for two years from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2025. Lee College has the right to initiate a negotiated revision of this MOU prior to the start of each academic school year within this term. The college defines all deadlines and timelines for actions defined in this MOU and is communicated to the school district through the Lee College Dual Credit Programs Office.
