This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between High Plains Enterprises Inc., 2200 West Martell Road, P.O. Box 96, Martell, NE 68404 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 2, 2017 executed under City Resolution No. A-90258, and County Contract C-17-0044, dated February 7, 2017 for Unit Price – Excavating, Grading and Dozing Services, Bid No. 16-292, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
