These supplemental terms and conditions (“Terms”) to the Associates Program Operating Agreement (“Operating Agreement”) govern your display of Ads (defined below). These Terms supplement and form part of, but do not replace, the Operating Agreement and, except to the extent inconsistent with these Terms, the terms and conditions set forth in the Operating Agreement will apply to your display of Ads. All capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Operating Agreement.
