All that sub-section (1) of section 26 appears to say is that so far as the matter of filling the elective seats on a committee is concerned, it would be subject to the following two condi tions viz:— (1) No person would be eligible for such election unless he is a share-holder of the society; and (2) such a member must be elected in the manner prescribed by the rules framed under the Act.
