THIS LEASE (this “Lease”) is made and entered into this day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF PORTLAND, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, (“City”) and MULTNOMAH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon (“County” or “Lessee”). In this Lease, City and Lessee may individually be referred to as “Party” and jointly referred to as “Parties.”
