This Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 25, 2024, by and among Comstock Resources, Inc. (the “Company”), Arkoma Drilling L.P., a Texas limited partnership (“Arkoma”), and Williston Drilling, L.P., a Texas limited partnership (“Williston”). This Agreement is made pursuant to that certain Subscription Agreement dated as of March 20, 2024 (the “Subscription Agreement”) by and among the Company, Arkoma and Williston. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein that are defined in the Subscription Agreement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Subscription Agreement.

This Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 7‎, 2019 but to be effective only as of the Closing, among Comstock Resources, Inc.
