This Funding Agreement ("Agreement") is made among the Solano Transportation Authority, a joint powers authority organized under Government Code section 6500 et seq. consisting of the County of Solano and the cities of Benicia, Dixon, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun, Vacaville and Vallejo ("STA"), the County of Solano (“County”) and the cities of Benicia, Dixon, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun, Vacaville and Vallejo, each individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” to be effective as of December 1 2019.
