This Program Articulation Agreement (“Agreement”), dated this 29th day of September 2021, is by and between Hagerstown Community College, a community college located in Hagerstown, Maryland, and Salisbury University, a constituent institution of the University System of Maryland (collectively, the “Parties” or “Institutions”). This Agreement sets forth the joint curricula and program requirements for the completion of the Associate of Arts, Arts and Sciences, Graphic Design Concentration from Hagerstown Community College and the Bachelor of Fine Art in Art, Graphic Design Track at Salisbury University.
