The individual named in the registration form (referred to as “I” or “me”) desires to participate in the Mt Laurel Fall Festival on November 4, 2023 (the “Activity”) sponsored by EBSCO Development Company, Inc., an Alabama corporation with offices located at 5 Mt Laurel Avenue, Birmingham, AL 35242 (the “Company”). As lawful consideration for being permitted by the Company to participate in the Activity and the tangible value that I may gain by participating in the Activity, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (this “Agreement”). I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMPANY OR
