I, , will participate in the Yale University (“Yale”) Sprout, on 17 February 2018, 24 February 2018, and 3 March 2018, (the “Program”), which is being organized and run by Splash at Yale: an Undergraduate Organization, a registered student organization of Yale University. This document (“Agreement”) covers all aspects of my participation in the Program. In this Agreement, “Yale” means Yale University, its trustees, officers, employees, trainees, students, volunteers, and agents and Splash at Yale: an Undergraduate Organization and Learning Unlimited.
