INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN

This Amendment No. 4 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon Pennsylvania LLC, successor to Verizon Pennsylvania Inc., or Verizon Pennsylvania LLC, successor to Bell Atlantic - Pennsylvania, Inc. (“Verizon”), a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, and Global Crossing Local Services Inc., a corporation with offices at 180 S. Clinton Avenue, Rochester, NY 14646, Rochester, New York 14646 (“Global Crossing”), and shall be deemed effective on September 16, 2016 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and Global Crossing are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “State”).
