This agreement is entered into this day of _ , 2022, by and between the County of Humboldt, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Humboldt County”) and the County of Del Norte, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Placing County”) for the purpose of allowing Placing County to place wards or youth with pending wardship petitions of the juvenile court (“Placing County Ward”) in the Humboldt County Juvenile Hall on a space-available basis.
