The City Commission approved an Acquisition and Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Lakeland, the Lakeland Community Redevelopment Agency and Framework Group, LLC on October 16, 2017 for the sale of the North Lake Mirror Redevelopment Site to Framework Group. The redevelopment site consists of approximately 10 developable acres north of Bay Street, east of Iowa Avenue and south and west of the In-Town Bypass. The Agreement contains the following provision relating to approval of design plans for the project:
