If assigned, I acknowledge that the storage locker fee is payable on the first day of every month and is subject to late payment fees and forfeit of any rent discount. I understand that the locker is assigned on a rental lease term basis and in order to relinquish it, I must notify the Head Office in writing at least three calendar month’s before my upcoming lease renewal. In signing this agreement, the tenant(s) understand that A.S.H. Management Group Inc. retains the right to cancel rental of this storage locker at any time, with one calendar months’ notice.
