In accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this proposal (offer) is a public offer to enter into a charitable donation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms of which is considered to be the provision of charitable aid by the Benefactor to the Beneficiary in monetary form.
