This Subscription Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between AIALABA, S.L., a spanish corporation (“AIALABA”) and the organization or individual, as applicable, (“Customer”), and governs Customer’s access to and use of the Aialaba Software and Services (defined below). AIALABA and Customer are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
