This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into on October 9, 2012 between Solano County Water Agency (“SCWA”) and the following Participating Agencies (“PAs”): Alameda County Water District, Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency, City of Napa, Contra Costa Water District, East Bay Municipal Utility District, Sonoma County Water Agency, Santa Clara Valley Water District, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Marin Municipal Water District, Zone 7 Water Agency, Alameda County Waste Management Authority (StopWaste.org), and the Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District.
