This subcontract agreement is entered into on by and between the Contractor and Subcontractor for the above project in accordance with Contract Documents. The term “Contract Documents” includes all portions of the Agreement between Contractor and Owner or General Contractor and all Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Documents, Addenda, Plans, Drawings, Specifications, General and Special Conditions, Guarantees, and other documents forming or by reference made a part of such Agreement, and of this Subcontract, as are applicable to this Subcontract. Witnesseth, for the considerations herein expressed, the Contractor and Subcontractor do hereby mutually agree as follows:
