WHEREAS, Section 13.01.080 of the Town of Parker Municipal Code requires that the Town be reimbursed for the cost of the time spent for engineering, planning, surveying, testing, inspection, hydrological and legal services during project review and construction, plus fifteen percent (15%) for administrative costs (hereafter "Consultants’ Time").
