This End User License Agreement, including the Order Form (if any) which by this reference is incorporated herein, (this “Agreement”), is a binding agreement between Physna LLC (”Licensor”) and the person or entity who (i) is identified on the Order Form as the licensee of the Software or (ii) if no Order Form is signed by the parties, the person or entity that downloads the software from the Licensee’s website (in either case, the ”Licensee”).
