This agreement between Santo Special Utility District and , states that the feasibility study performed for property located at will expire thirty (30) days after notification of approval, or when Santo Special Utility District determines that applicant has not pursued a deposit. It is understood that the $150.00 feasibility study fee is nonrefundable, and must be paid for each feasibility study performed.
