This Investment Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and among Blend Financial Inc. DBA Origin Financial (“Origin” or the “Adviser”), a Delaware Corporation and an investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), and the individual client that has electronically executed this Agreement (the “Client”) (each, a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
