This delegation is subject to the WCC authorising Coventry and Rugby as to the terms on which Coventry and/or Rugby exercise the delegation on all occasions and compliance by Coventry and/or Rugby with the terms laid down and the Contractor accepting that it is not entitled to enter into arrangements with Coventry and/or Rugby other than on the basis of these terms and that, if requested to do so, that Contractor shall be obliged to enter into such arrangements and engage with Coventry and/or Rugby for provision of the Services. These terms shall include the activation of the agreement entered into as to the price to be paid by the Authorities for the total tonnages dealt with by the Contractor in any year of the Agreement in which these arrangements shall be in force.
