This Agreement is made this 2nd day of March 2021, between and shall be binding upon the Village of Oswego, Kendall and Will Counties, an Illinois Municipal Corporation hereinafter referred to as the "Village" and RJN Group, Inc., Wheaton, Illinois, hereinafter referred to as the "Firm" and its successors.
