Pursuant and subject to the terms and conditions of the Task Order Consulting Services Agreement 3232-0-TASK (“Agreement”) dated February , 2020, between Munn Architecture AIA LLC (the “Consultant”) and the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (“Northern Water”), Northern Water hereby directs the Consultant to provide the services described in the attached Exhibit A. The services shall be commenced at the execution of this Task Order. Total compensation under this Task Order shall not exceed $50,600 without the prior written approval of Northern Water.
