This Reseller Agreement (“this Agreement”) is made and effective the 1st day of January, 2004, by CenturyTel of Eastern Oregon, Inc. and CenturyTel of Oregon, Inc. (collectively “CenturyTel”), incorporated in the state of Oregon and Telephone Restoration Network, Inc., d/b/a Telnet (the “Reseller”) incorporated in the state of Oregon.
