This MASTER CLIENT AGREEMENT between Altera Healthcare (IT) UK LTD (“Altera”), with its principal place of business at 31 Temple Street, Birmingham, B2 5DB, and , with its principal place of business at (“Client”) is effective as of the latter of Altera or Client’s signature below (“Effective Date”). Altera and Client may also be referred to hereunder as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
