This end user software license agreement ("AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between "Licensee" (the individual or entity) who acquired or subscribed to the BI4Dynamics software products and documentation (collectively, "Software,") accompanying this AGREEMENT and BI4 DYNAMICS UK Ltd, ("BI4DYNAMICS"). By installing, copying, downloading, or using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT. If Licensee does not agree with the terms of this AGREEMENT, BI4DYNAMICS is unwilling to license the Software to Licensee. In such event, Licensee may not install, copy, download or use the Software and Licensee must uninstall complete Software package within thirty (30) days.
