This letter will confirm that the Patient Access Network Foundation (“PANF”) engaged Ankura Consulting Group, LLC (“Ankura”) to provide professional services in furtherance of the Integrity Agreement entered into by and between the Office of Inspector General (“OIG”) of the Department of Health and Human Services and PANF, dated October 24, 2019 (the “IA”). More specifically, PANF engaged Ankura to serve as the Independent Review Organization (“IRO”), as required by Section III (G) and Appendix B of the IA.
