• Intellectual Property Rights. Guest Experience Management Services-Gem Services Inc. shall in all events retain sole and exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to its training programs and all derivative works. Nothing in this document is intended to license, sell, or transfer such rights to the Gardens on Spring Creek or any other party although subsequent to the payment of a transfer fee of $2,500, the Gardens on Spring Creek would obtain the right to use this material internally.
