FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED FIRST LIEN CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of October 4, 2021 (this “Agreement”), among RBS GLOBAL, INC., a Delaware corporation to be renamed “ZBS GLOBAL, INC.” on or promptly after the Fourth Restatement Effective Date (“Holdings”), ZURN HOLDINGS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Zurn Holdings”), REXNORD LLC, a Delaware limited liability company to be renamed “ZURN LLC” on or promptly after the Fourth Restatement Effective Date (“Zurn” and, together with Zurn Holdings, the “Borrowers”), the LENDERS party hereto from time to time, the ISSUING BANKS party hereto from time to time and CREDIT SUISSE AG, CAYMAN ISLANDS BRANCH, as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) for the Lenders.
