This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) shall be deemed effective as of July 1st 2009 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) by and between Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110, and iNetworks Group, Inc. (“iNetworks”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, with offices at 125 S. Wacker Drive, Suite 2510, Chicago, IL 60606. (Verizon and iNetworks may be hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the "Parties"). This Amendment only covers the services addressed herein that Verizon provides in its operating territory in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
