This InuuxDB Cloud 2.0 Services Subscription Agreement are the terms of service (the “Agreement”) under which InuuxData agrees to grant Customer access to and use of InuuxData’s online InuuxDB Cloud 2.0 service offerings. By indicating Customer’s acceptance of this Agreement, executing a Sales Order that references this Agreement, or using InuuxData’s services, Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity, such as the company you work for, then you represent to InuuxData that you have the legal authority to bind the Customer to this Agreement.
